It’s the 6th day of our study tour in Sydney. It was the first full day at school for our students. Narrabeen High School prepared a special and exciting program for our students. In the morning, they had chemistry where did an experiment with a lollipop. They also had home economics. In that class, they dyed and designed their own T-shirts with various colors. We can’t wait to see the results on Monday.
Later on, Sanda Gakuen students participated in a Japanese Cultural Expo. Three of our students performed a dance on stage. Then each group of students introduced different traditional Japanese games to 150 Narrabeen Sports High School students. They enjoyed playing “だるまが転んだ”, “けん玉”, “こま”, “福笑い”, “折り紙”, “紙飛行機”, “かるた”and “めんこ”. They all had a wonderful time together!
Then, they had lunch with their buddies. After lunch, one group had an art lesson and the other group learn about Australian sign language.
We are so proud of our students! They did their best to improve their communication skills in English and making new friends!
